INGREDIENTS
6 small zucchinis
4 tablespoons of grass-fed unsalted butter (I used Keri Gold)
2 teaspoons of sea salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
METHOD
1. Slice zucchini in thin slices and mix with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
2. In a medium skillet, heat butter on medium-high.

3. Place dry salted zucchini into the skillet for about 6-7 minutes. Stir well.
