simple paleo - paleo meatballs

Preparation: 10 minutes 

Cook: 30 minutes

Serves 4 


1 pound of grass-fed ground beef

1 large egg, beaten

1/4 cup of almond flour

6 cloves of organic garlic, minced 

1 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt 

1 teaspoon of black pepper 

1 teaspoon of dried basil

1 teaspoon of dried parsley  


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with your hands, then form the mixture into 2 inch meatballs.

3. Put the meatballs on the baking sheet (not too close together) and into the oven for 30 minutes.
