simple paleo - paleo tuna salad with paleo friendly almond crackers (kids lunchtime favorite)

This lunchtime meal is great on the go (beach or picnic)and at home as well! Its easy to have as left overs and it´s absolutely the easiest kid friendly paleo meal. Did I mention, it´s delicious! 

INGREDIENTS

2 cans of wild albacore tuna 

5 tbsp of paleo mayo 


2 small kosher pickles, chopped


1/4 small onion, chopped

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt 

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 


JILZ PALEO FRIENDLY CRACKERS FROM WHOLE FOODS or online! 






METHOD

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and chill for 1 hour.  

2. Serve with crackers and veggie of choice. My LO loves grape tomatoes with hers!
