simple paleo - paleo cobb salad





PREPARATION: 5 minutes

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS 

4 cups of chopped organic chicken thigh (pan seared with salt and pepper is best)

5 oz of organic spring mix 

1 chopped organic avocado 


6 pieces of chopped nitrate & sugar free bacon (let it get crispy but not too dry)

4 chopped organic free range eggs

cup of organic grape or cherry tomatoes (if you have the time, cut them in half)

1/5 cup of olive oil

1/4 cup of organic balsamic vinegar
