simple paleo - paleo garlic mushroom shrimp

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cook: 15-20 minutes

Serves 3-4 


1 pound of large shrimp 

12 oz of mushrooms (sliced thinly)

4 gloves of garlic (chopped)

2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil

sea salt 

black pepper

season salt (if desired)


1. In a large skillet, heat coconut oil until hot on medium-high.

2. Add mushrooms, stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes and then add garlic. Sauté all together for 3-5 minutes stirring with a wooden spoon.

3. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and season salt (if desired) then add to the skillet. Saute the 3 ingredients together for another 5-7 minutes, still stirring with the spoon.

4. Serve with a veggie side dish like paleo-friendly green beans or Brussel sprouts!
